Delete your Kesem account
Kesem — developer: Yosef Haim Davidovitz (as shown on Google Play and the App Store).
DEL-1 · Delete without the app — here on the web
- Tap "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple". Use the same account you use in Kesem.
- We show the account you are signed in with. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
- Done. Your account is hidden at once, and we show the date on which it will be deleted permanently (30 days from now).

No password, and no other personal details, are needed. If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address of your Apple or Google account, with the subject "Account deletion". We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
DEL-2 · Delete in the app
Settings → "Delete account" → confirm.
DEL-3 · Before you delete
- Kesem has no paid subscriptions today, so there is nothing to cancel.
- If you want a copy of your data, use "Export my data" in the app before you delete.
DEL-4 · What happens, and when

| At once | Your profile disappears from discovery, matches and chats. You are signed out, and your device is released. |
| Within 30 days | You can change your mind: sign in to the app and choose "Restore". You cannot restore if your phone number has been registered to another account in the meantime. |
| After 30 days | Everything is deleted permanently: profile, photos, face template and scan image (including at AWS), phone number, location, likes, matches, messages, consents, pending notifications and analytics, and your sign-in record. Encrypted backups roll over within a further 30 days. |
DEL-5 · What we keep, why, and for how long
