Authorities and law enforcement can contact us at [email protected], with the subject "Authority request". Please include your official contact details and the legal basis for your request. Kesem is not offered in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom, so the EU Digital Services Act contact-point rules do not currently apply. This address is our general point of contact for authorities.
CON-5 · Emergencies
We cannot respond to emergencies. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number (in Israel, the police: 100). If a child is at risk online, call the 105 hotline.
